Common questions
How do I know it's time to replace my roof?
Curling or cracked shingles, widespread granule loss, repeated leaks, a roof over 20 years old, or hail damage across the roof are common signs. We'll give you an honest assessment.
How long does a replacement take?
Most homes take one to three days, depending on size, pitch and material.
Do you install over the existing roof?
No. We do a full tear-off so we can inspect and repair the decking and install proper underlayment and flashing.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. We'll review the plan with you beforehand and walk the finished roof with you when we're done.
